I live in the wonderful state of Florida and when I saw this pattern, I knew I had to make it in the University of Florida colors. I used fusible web and then machine appliquéd the center of the top. I then added the borders. I stitched in the ditch by hand around the center and machine quilted the borders on my mega quilter. I machine stitched around all the appliqué pieces on my regular sewing machine. I had a lot of fun making this little quilt. Too bad I am an FSU fan.
