"Stars & Bars" by Evelyn Townsend

Hello,

I just joined Quilters Club a couple of weeks ago and I thought I would share a quilt that I just finished.  It's called Stars and Bars.  My goal was to make a simple quilt, using fabrics in my stash, that would show off quilting motifs well.  The quilt is 74" x 74".  I used two battings to make the quilting more distinct.

Evelyn your quilt design and colors are gorgeous.  Your quilting is outstanding.  I love the way a heavy batting gives such a distinct pattern to the quilting.  Excellent workmanship.
