Just one more comment, yes biased binding finishes a project so perfectly!  I use biased on all my quilts!

You should be proud--that's quite an accomplishment. Double wedding ring is one quilt I haven't tried because it looks so difficult. Maybe I'll try it one of these days.

Mary Jo, you did an amazing job on that quilt.  I love the embroidery work in the centers.  Colors are really nice.  If you can make this one, you can make any of them.  I've never made the Double Wedding Quilt, been too afraid I would mess one up, and it would end up, in a UFO stash.
