RE: the Snowladies quilt - yes, it is a pattern - designed by Karen Grof for Happy Apple Quilts (Snow Belles) - the sparklie fabric is fairy frost - it was soooo much fun to make and the lady, who collects snowfolks, lives in Tempe, AZ and LOVES it!
