Here's a photo of the Peek-A-Boo Monkey quilt I made for my second grandchild, who is due in November.

This is so cute are the monkeys embroidered or appliqued?
So adorable. Great idea to have the monkey's peek out like that.
This is one of the cutest quilts I've seen in a long time.
CJ, Your quilt makes me want to be a kid again. I think those monkeys are the best, and I love the placement of them. It's like they're popping up to play Peek a Boo.
CJ, love them too cute!!

Thanks for all your great comments. The monkeys are appliqued and I used French knots to make their eyes so I didn't have to worry about buttons falling off. It was a blast to make!

your quilt is just toooo darned adorable. I love Peek A Boos never saw one with Monkey's before. Where you've placed them is perfect. The grandchild is lucky to have a Nana like you that is talented to make items like this. I bet the other grandchild in the family will end up wanting to snuggle under it and play with the monkey's right?
Well done and congrats on having new grandbaby
Peek-a-boo Monkey is just the cutest thing! Lucky grandchild--talented Nana.
Adorable. I love the monkeys and greens are one of my favorites. I feel sure the new baby will love it.

This is adorable. I want one like this!
CJ - this is so cute - I have a pillow case embroidery design with that monkey design - great job! makes me smile and I am sure that grandbaby will love it.
God bless,
Thea
I had seen a similar pattern in a book of baby quilts, but didn't want to spend the $30 on the book so I looked online for how to draw monkey faces and designed my own. It was so much fun and my daughter-in-law loves it!
That is very cute!
Really cute! Baby will love this.
cj, what a fun quilt for a little one. gini
