Well, I could not wait and he was gone today, which gave me the time to take a picture and post it without him seeing. Friday will be his day to see it. So if you want to see it, take a look, It's not the best in show, but it was made with a lot of love for him. Thanks for looking !

So...... in 3 days it will be our 51st and I am hoping to present our Anniversary Quilt to my husband. I am almost done, only need to put the binding on. Will I get it done ? I sure hope so ! You might ask, why didn't I get it done last year ? I really don't know. I thought about making it then, but thought of it too late. So in May I bought a new machine, that does FMQ and quilting, something I did not do on my 25 year old Kenmore. When I started quilting on my new machine I loved it, and had a great desire to make a Anniversary Quilt for my husband, to show our love for each other after all these years together. I'm wondering, how many of you have made Anniversary Quilts for your husbands ? Did you get it done in time, or, are you a better late then never quilter like I am. I would like to think I am not the only one, but who knows. Let me know ! I will let you know how my husband likes it after Friday. Wish me luck on getting it done. Happy Quilting to all !

It is now Wed. evening July 25th 2012 and guess what ? I just finished putting the binding on The Anniversary Quilt, I can't believe I have it done ahead of schedule by one day. Friday I will present it to my Husband and Soulmate of 51 years, can't wait to see his reaction. I will post a picture after Friday. It is not your typical Anniversay Quilt, and once you see it you will see why.I am going to bed now 11:00 PM and tried after sewing for quite awhile. Have a good night !
