&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span class="subhdr"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;3 lbs chicken wings&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;
1 Tablespoon ketsup&lt;br /&gt;
2 or 3 Tablespoon of minced garlic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mix the honey, soy sauce, ketsup, and garlic. Pour sauce over wings.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees in a pan with sides. If you
perfer, leave in oven longer and sauce will carmelize more.

&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 pieces of chicken strips pan fried and cut into pieces&lt;br /&gt;
1 can black beans drained&lt;br /&gt;
4 oz sour cream&lt;br /&gt;
1 pkg cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;
5 tablespoons minced garlic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Combine the above ingredients together in a food processor. Pour
into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. The last 8 minutes, place
shredded mozzerella cheese on top and brown.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This recipe is a wonderful snack dish or an appetizer.
