2 tubes biscuits
1 can Apple Pie Filling
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp dinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts

In a saucepan, melt butter, add all the other ingredients except
biscuits. Stir well until combined. Grease a bundt pan, cut all
biscuits into quarters. Put about 1/3 of cooked mixture into pan, layer
1/3 of the biscuits on top. Put another layer of biscuits, then another
layer of saucee, then the last of the biscuits and rest of the sauce.
Bake 350 45 minutes. Let set in pan 5-10 minutes before turning it over
on to a plate.

Any other type of pan will work also, but the bundt pan makes an
impressive presentation. Good with a mixed fruit compote for a nice and
easy breakfast for guests.

This is so easy and very good. It smells divine baking. You
prepare it in the cake pan that you bake it in. Serve with cool whip
while warm.

3/4 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 large apple peeled and diced
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup hot apple juice or cider

Combine brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and put in
lightly greased pan. Add milk, oil, vanilla, and brown sugar. Stir till
well blended. Stir apple into mixture. Sprinkle top with brown sugar
and pour apple juice or cider on top. Bake for 350 degrees or until a
cake layer forms on the top. Cool slightly and serve.

Ridiculously Easy Cheesecake

Submitted by Laura Robertson

1 can of lemon pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese
graham cracker pie crust

Bake graham cracker crust for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees and let
cool. Mix lemon pie filling with softened cream cheese. Pour filling
into graham cracker crust.

For a fancier dessert, prepare two crusts and top each with your favorite fruit pie filling or with whipped topping.
