Thanks, Jenia. No worries over asking for more photos. I could have asked my husband to snap the shots, but I'm just stubborn that way and took them myself. Glad you like the quilt.

I believe I was the one asking for the photo. I am so sorry it was so difficult. It didn't occur to me that it would be. I apologize for not thinking about your recovery before I asked. However, I us say, I appreciate the effort you have taken. This is absolutely lovely. Thank yo so much for taking the time to,show us, it's really quite spectacular!

Very nice quilt. what kind of fabric is used on the binding? Looks like striped yardage. It isn't a shirt is it?

Thank you for sharing your beautiful collection. I like the wool throw and would love to see it layed out in full. I came upon a bunch of (probably) vintage wool fabric at an estate sale that must have been saved to make an unknown quilt. There are 3 different plaid colors in large enough quantity to make a full or queen size quilt. They are obviously left over pieces from some other project, but very large pieces that will work well when I get around to using them. I am looking for ideas and your pattern looks like a candidate.

I am a beginner, any video or books you can suggest to help me really understand binding. I am really looking for basic how to. I tried on 2 quilts but the corners were not done right at all. Most of the quilts I have done I have not used binding just turned inside out and sewn together then once together quilted. (if that is clear)
