Our Sixth Mystery Quilt Begins on March 30, 2012! Come Join Our Quilting Adventure!

Have you ever participated in a Mystery quilt project? If you have, then you know how much fun they are. If you haven't, then you're in for a treat!

What is a Mystery Quilt? Mystery Quilts are step by step quilt projects that community members can participate in all at the same time. What makes it a mystery is that you won't know what the quilt looks like until it is all done! Mystery Quilts are fun and easy quilts to make and a great way to use up your stash. At the end of each project, you can post pictures of your finished quilts and see how everyone else's turned out.

How do I Participate? QCA offers two Mystery Quilt projects each year--one in the Spring and one in the Fall. Look for the Mystery Quilt Workshop link on the left side of the QCA Web site. When a new project is announced, here is where you will find each step of the Mystery Quilt posted. In the first post we will give you the materials list, cutting instructions and timeline for the entire project. Then each week after that we will post a new step for making the quilt. When the last step is posted, the mystery design will be revealed!
