Longarm Lesson!

I had a longarm lesson!

It was awesome. Here are some pictures of me attempting this art form at American Professional Quilting Systems in Des Moines, IA. My teacher, Dawn Cavanaugh, is truly an incredible longarmer and I couldn't have had a better teacher.mary fons, quilty, longarm, cavanaugh, apqs

Mary,the smile on your face says it all...good luck.I'm trying to learn to do free motion on  my home machine so when something turns out looking good.I think I get the same smile ..Keep up the good work...Barbara

Ha! Oh, Gayle. Quilting bee. That's really, really good. And Barbara, I really was having fun. And strangely, my hair is sticking up, almost like I'm moving really fast... Ha!
