You can renew your membership a few different ways:

Online: By far, this is the easiest and quickest way to renew. You can renew at any time while you are an active member, and you can also renew if you've let your active membership lapse.

To renew BEFORE your membership has expired, login into your account as you do normally. Then go to your premium membership benefits box and scroll down to My Account Status. On the next page, you will see the red renew button, click the red renew button to renew online and follow the online steps.

To renew AFTER your membership has EXPIRED, login into your account with your EXPIRED user name and password (they will work). Then on the left side, you will see a box that states, "Click here to upgrade to premium membership." Click that button to renew online and follow the online steps.

By Mail: You will receive membership renewal letters with your last two quarterly issues of Easy Quilts Magazine. Just fill out the form and send it in with your payment.

By Phone:
Call Customer Service toll free at 1-888-253-0203. Our representatives
are available Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Central Standard Time. Please note, Saturdays are very busy, the best time to call is between 8 A.M and 10 A.M. Monday through Saturday.

When will I receive an updated Membership Card?

Your card will be mailed within approximately three weeks from your renewal start date.

I just received an email about renewal, but I've already renewed. How do I know you've received my renewal payment?

You can check online by clicking on the My Account Status link on your Member Profile page. If you pay online your payment will be processed immediately. If you pay through the mail, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your payment.

My Premium Membership has expired. Can I still participate in the site?

Yes! You can still participate as a member of the community even
after your Premium Membership expires. The only change will be that you
will no longer receive your Premium Benefits. Just log in with your username and password as you normally would.
