What should I do?
- If you do not remember your username, please contact our customer service team.
- If you do not remember your password, click on the "I forgot my password." link in the Member Login box.
I received my Forgotten Password e-mail, but when I click on the link in the e-mail to change it, I get an "access denied" message.
Try copying and pasting the link into your browser, and then hit Enter. If that does not work, then e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens when I check the "Remember Me" box?
As long as you do not log out of the site before closing your web browser, the site will "remember" you. You will not have to reenter your username and password to log back in. For security reasons we only recommend that you do this if you are working on a private computer that others cannot access.
My username and password is not working at QNNtv.com. What should I do?
Your username and passwords for QCA and QNNtv.com are not necessarily the same. Updating your password on QCA does not automatically update your password on QNNtv.com. You will find your QNNtv.com username and password on the confirmation email you received from QNNtv.com when you joined.
