Dawn Paoletti: Yes, I've been a member of my quilt guild for about 7 years. I can't count how many times I've benefited from the collective experience in that group.

craftskg: I do not belong to a group at this time. I am online if I have questions. I am looking to join a quilters group shortly. I think a group is great support when you are having a problem or just for friendship.

dorothy.marsik: I belong to a quilt group at our church (St. Joseph Peacemakers). Currently, there are ten of us. We meet every Tuesday for two hours. We donate our quilts to various charitable organizations and our local hospital who sends each new baby home with a quilt.

Michelle: My biggest hurdle is doing the actual quilting. Sometimes I know how I will quilt my project but other times I do not. The hardest part is to just start and to not worry about messing it up.

swalker287: My greatest hurdle is making the quilt sandwich. It is never tight enough, even, or smooth enough once I get it under the needle for quilting. Drat! So frustrating!

Jessibir: I would say my most rewarding quilt is the one I made with my first "brick" of fabric, purchased at the Chicago show with my sister. I call it my sister's quilt :) But then again, I just finished one for my brother, and he loved it so much.

BethinMich: The most rewarding quilt(s) I ever made were the ones I rescued from my sister's sewing room shortly after her death (Late November) and finished in time to present to her son, her daughter and two nieces for Christmas.

Judy T-Bellingham: The most rewarding quilt? I've loved nearly all of them for one reason or another. I really enjoyed the quilt I made for our local cancer infusion ward. It is my hope that the person who received it had successful treatments and is on her/her way back to health.
