i just retired and want to do long arm quilting full time but cannot afford to buy one.  I have always sent my quilt tops out to be quilted so this would be a blessing.  I make quilts for the VA and for the Women's pregnancy Center where I live in Florida.

I quilt my quilts on my sewing machine, but my dream is to be able to quilt the beautiful all-over designs.

Every time I see a long arm in a magazine or elsewhere, I get all passionate and get that wanting feeling.  This is not exagerating one bit.  I'd give anything to have a long arm.  That would be the best ever.  Ive had this feeling for quite some time now.  I have 5 or 6 quilt tops just ready to be practiced on.  Make my dream come true.  Thank-you

I would absolutely love a Lenni Longarm Quilting Machine from APQS.  I have been quilting for about 5 years, and have oniy been able to complete two crib quilts, however I have quilted squares waiting to be put together.  How wonderful they would look if they were finished on a Lenni!  I think it would give me the confidence to enter my quilts in the local fairs, which I have wanted to do since I started quilting.  Thank you for the opportunity to enter.

I would absolutely love to have a Lenni Longarm machine.  It would be so much more convenient and I wouldn't have to worry about the cost every time I send a quilt out to be done.  Also, I could do something other than the same all over design on my quilts.  WOW!

Oh my, this would be a dream come true.  On a fixed income I know I will never be able to buy one.  But, if I had it I would use it CONSTANTLY.  I love to make coverlets to give to our local cancer treatment center.  From experience I know that during the hours sitting with the chemo drips, the best thing to do is nap and the chemicals make you very cold.  I could really turn them out if I didn't have to wrestle each one though my machine's troat.

Yes, this is the answer.  I belong to a group which makes quilts for all the cabins at a state park.  We pay to have the quilting done by a professional longarm quilter.  If we had this machine, our project would just explode in speed and enjoyment!

I am a new quilter although I have been sewing for 50+ yrs.  Sewing is my passion and I have used my machine to fix everything for just about everybody it seems.  Although I cannot afford a longarm, after reading some of the comments, I realize there are others more deserving, however if my name should be pulled as the winner, it would take my breath away!

I joined a small quilting group and there is a lady there  that does Long Arm Quilting. She brings them in to show us. They are beautiful, that is when my dream of owning a Long Arm Machine started, but then I seen the cost of them and my dream faded away. So seeing this offer to win a Long Arm just renewed my dream. I have been dreaming of learning to machine my quilts. At the present time I do my work by hand.  It takes so long to quilt by hand, even though it can be beautiful work. I go to my guild and see all the quilts that the ladies are doing by machine and I keep dreaming one day I will be able to do this. My beautiful Janome 9000 just died, and I do not have funds to replace it. I am now back to using my 30 year old Husqvarna machine, and whilst it is lovely, I simply cannot machine quilt on it. Together with a longstanding shoulder and arm injury with nerve damage, the only way I am ever going to get my quilt tops finished is to pay someone else to do it, and I can't bting myself to do this after all of my hard work!!

A long arm quilter would be the heavenly answer to all of my prayers.

For Long Arm it is another Art form I have been waiting to get to use every day.  I became one with a long arm when renting time and have desired to have my own machine ever since.  It is just a joy to be able to create quilts from start to finish yourself just the way you envisioned them.

To have a smooth moving machine would be wonderful. The things I could do.

I feel like everyone else that's already posted a comment.  Anyone of us would just be blessed to have won a longarm which is pretty much out of my reach also.  Getting close to retirement also and stitching with a longarm vs a regular sewing machine would be quite the adventure.

I have the Pinnacle quilt frame from Grace, because you are supposed to be able to use a regular sewing machine and quilt on it  but I try to use my sewing machine and it just doesn't have enough room to roll the quilt and keep stitching. This would be so much better and I would actually use my frame instead of it sitting there and I get upset every time I look at it because I  can't use it properly.

I recently became disabled. My life changed dramatically.  I pulled out my sewing machine and started making quilt tops. I have been sewing since I was 8 years old, but had never tried cutting and piecing quilt tops. I immediately became hooked! This new hobby saved me! I now have 12 quilt tops to quilt. Quilting by hand is taking me forever!. My prayers would be answered, if I ever won such a wonderful gift!

What fun it would be to have a machine that my  quilter friends could use at no cost.  Sending them out gets costly and when you are on a fixed income (even if you're not) it can be an issue.   How cool it would be to say 'I did it all'.

I think I go along with a lot of quilters and have been dreaming of having a longarm Quilting machine maching. I even took a class about longarm quilting and during the class we quilted a bit  on the teachers own longarm quilter  I have had many back surgeries on my back which created the problem of not being able to take part in many of the things I could do and enjoyed, but the good part is I can still quilt.  I quilt my quilts on a regular sewing machine and it would be beyond words!

As a Nurse in a Pediatric Cardiology ICU I saw many beautiful quilts donated to our hospital.  I knew when I retired that I wanted to give back.  I have made several quilts for kids since then and have longed for a long arm machine.  I would be so excited to win this Lennie and help me to finish my quilts with beautiful quilt motifs.

Wow...What a great company to offer such an amazing dream to so many!  I never have expectations of actually winning...but here goes!  The possibilities are just endless with the beautiful work that could be done with the Lenni.  I have been stocking my sewing room with tons of fabric and quilt patterns.  My husband will be retiring very soon and this will be my passion as his is fishing!

At last i've found my passion....the Lenni will certainly help with that.

Owning a Lenni would mean the world to me.  I am disabled and have alot of time on my hands to set and sew.  So now I have the problem of being able to afford sending things to be quilted.  A very dear friend of mine who, believe it or not... does not sew, she rips!  She keeps me in alot of fabric all year along.  I make lab quilts for veterans and those in nursing homes.  

I recently watched a special on pbs about the Quilts of Valor Program and would like to try to make a few of those too.  I also have been thinking about a quilt to give to our Gold Star Mothers. (I am an active member in my local VFW Ladies Aux.)  

I have only been quilting for a year, I love it!!!   I am teaching my 13yo son, and one of my sisters, how to quilt.

I want a long arm so badly. I couldn't imagine if I could really win one. But here goes. I would love to win this Lenni Longarm Quilting Machine. I have a church quilt group that I started this past year. We make a twin size Quilts for each of our graduating high school seniors. This year we did 9 quilts and 2 of us used our regular sewing machines to quilt all 9 of them. A longarm would make our job easier and faster. We do it for them out of love. And are so greatly blessed in return.

If I had the long arm quilter I would share it with my sisters and daughter. We are attempting to machine quilt our quilts right now. I have a patter to build a long arm rack but no machine to go on it. This would so help my family as we get together at each others house every Sunday after church and sew together. We use this time to catch up on our busy week, as well as making a tradition in our family. Having the long arm quilt will give us more opportunities to stay connected and quilt.
